Are you tired and burned out at work? Do you need a break? Vacation can be stressful. You already plan so much at work and sometimes you want to get away, do something cool, but not think about it! Well Adair is to the Rescue! I am going to take you on a Catalonia Experience you will never forget. This trip isn't just about getting a break, it is about learning the techniques to live a balanced lifestyle when you return. We are going to have some mental break throughs to see why you are not reaching your health and fitness goals at home! On this trip you will eat amazing food, all healthy, and calorie free ;) Everyone knows that calories in Spain are not the same as calories in the USA! Bread so fresh that you won't gain weight from it. You will get to do a little art and architecture exploration, lots of optional Fitness. More hit workouts than yoga, and a ton of self-awareness. And let's not forget the wine and Cava! Trust me, you won't return home needing a vacation from your vacation. I am going to take the stress out of this journey, so you can sit back, relax, enjoy the ride and learn a lot about the American lifestyle for daily habits vs. Europeans.  Please read the itinerary below Then email me for details :)

Sample Itinerary: 

Saturday June 2nd: Arrive to Barcelona - Casual Dinner in El Borne

Sunday June 3rd -

  • 10am Catalan Breakfast @ W Hotel. Cure your Jet lag with a large Buffett 
  • 11am Group Huddle - Journal Break out and explanation of the trip, goal setting
  • 12pm - Yoga Flow by the pool - gentle class to get the juices flowing
  • 1pm to 3pm - Sun bathing by the pool, optional gym workout on your own, or Siesta!
  • 3pm to 5pm - Picasso Museum & optional Shopping in Paseo De Gracias
  • 5pm Tapas and Cava @ Champagne Bar
  • 7pm Siesta, shower, get ready for a night out
  • 9:30pm Dinner at Boca Chica, Boca Grande


Monday June 4th

  • 8am to 10am - Optional morning workout on your own - W has a great gym
  • 10am - Boqueria Breakfast - The best market in Europe. Pick up fresh fruit and nuts for breakfast or pastries! 
  • 11am - Full day Tour of El Gaudi (La Sagrada Familia, Casa Vicens, Park Guell, Cascada Fountain at Park de la Ciutadella)
  • 6 to 10pm - Siesta, shower and chillax
  • 10pm Dinner @ EL Nacional


Tuesday June 5th

10am - Beach Workout - HIT interval 45 minutes, 15 minute stretch and 5 minute meditation

12pm - Check out of the hotel - Leave for Cava Wine Country 

1:30pm - Arrive Cava tour, lunch, and tastings

5pm - Siesta on the bus - To the Country Tona & Vic

7pm - Check into Bed and breakfast - Super basic and casual, but the food at this place is amazing. (JUST FYI NOT 5 Star)

7pm to 9pm - Shower, nap, relax

9pm - Dinner in the small restaurant in the typical corner cafe in a small town. Best fresh food. 



Wednesday June 6th:

10am - Morning hike up to town Castle

11am - Back to the Vilella House - Post workout stretch, juices, smoothies, huddle group

12pm - Shower & prepare for Lunch

1pm  to 3pm- Cooking Class - PAELLA TIME  in the cafe below the rooms

3pm to 5pm - Siesta

5pm Shopping in Vic & Ice cream tasting

7pm - Sausage butchery tour in a mini family owned store, wine tasting, and meat dinner


Thursday June 7th

Sleep in

10am - Pack bags and leave for COSTA BRAVA - mini snacks to go for breakfast

11am - Arrive to hotel, check in - hostal S'garo

11:30am - Hike around castle walls, post walk smoothies and juices then yoga class by the pool at La Gavina Hotel (Where I got Married)

1pm lounge by pool, sun bathe, optional spa treatments (not included - pay on your own)

3pm - Set group lunch by the pool 

5pm to 9pm - Siesta, relax on your own, read a book, chill

9:30pm - Casual dinner Maria Luisa - walking distance to the hotel


Friday June 8th:

10am Hit Interval Beach workout

11am - Smoothies, Shakes, Juices - 

12:30pm - Day Trip to Begur

1:30 to 3:30pm - Lounge on the beach

3:30pm - Lunch 

6:30pm - Shopping in Platja d'aro on the way back to hotel & Ice cream at EL DINO

8pm to 10pm - Dinner?


Saturday June 9th

Last Day

10am - optional morning walk

11am - Leave for 10 min bus ride to the next town over, for power yoga class, huddle group, journaling and mediation port side! Top level overlooking the yachts

1pm - 3pm - Grand Lunch, wine tasting, and DJ at Sa Marinada (where I had my rehearsal Dinner) 

4pm to 6pm - Pit stop at local hotel Pool, cocktails (Not included in price, optional on your own)

10pm - Villa Mas Farewell Dinner (Bus leaves early, optional dinner, pay on your own)
